Warner Law Office, P.A. was founded in 1987 by Daniel E. Warner. Mr. Warner is an attorney licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in the district of Minnesota, as well as the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Warner is a cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law (1983), where he obtained the distinction of taking first place in its moot court competition. He has tried numerous jury and court trials on behalf of individuals in the field of employment law and has argued cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court, the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Mr. Warner has also tried labor arbitrations, unemployment compensation cases and has handled claims before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, and the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Minnesota State and Dakota County Bar Associations.
