Warner Law Office, P.A., was founded in 1987 by Daniel E. Warner. Mr. Warner is an attorney licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Minnesota, as well as the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Warner graduated cum laude from the William Mitchell College of Law (1983), where he obtained the distinction of taking first place in its moot court competition. He has tried numerous jury and court trials on behalf of individuals in the field of employment law and has argued cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court, the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Mr. Warner has also represented clients in labor arbitrations, unemployment compensation cases, claims before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), claims involving the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, and cases with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Minnesota State and Dakota County Bar Associations.
